David Kennedy
David Kennedy is the fractional Chief Technology Officer of Reimbursement Recovery Partners (RRP), with more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, infrastructure and cybersecurity. He is responsible for keeping the patient data hospitals share with RRP secure and compliant, under the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) RRP signs with every client.
As Chief Technology Officer for Healthcare Reimbursement Solutions (HRS), he implemented encryption protocols and audit processes supporting Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance and built secure cloud infrastructure. He is also Chief Technology Officer of OpStack Inc. Before that he was Director of Automation, Monitoring and Cloud at KPMG US and led infrastructure at Dealertrack Technologies. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston, supporting systems through SEC investigations and audits and through disaster recovery after the September 11 attacks.
David is named on a patent and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Excelsior College.
