A plain description of what this website collects and what we do with it.
What the contact form collects
When you send the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, title, hospital or organization, email address, phone number if you give one, the service you choose, any Medicare provider numbers, and your message. The notification also records the time the form was sent.
How we use it
We use what you enter only to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare your estimate. We don’t sell it. We don’t share it, except with the service providers that host this website and deliver the form to us by email.
No patient information through this website
Please don’t include patient information in the form. Patient data is shared only after we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your hospital, and it never travels through this website. Clients share files through RRP’s secure ShareFile portal.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. The site doesn’t use advertising trackers. The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check from Cloudflare that runs in your browser when you use the form. To tell people from bots, Turnstile uses your internet (IP) address and basic browser information. Cloudflare handles that check, and RRP doesn’t keep or use your IP address. When you enter a provider number, the hospital name is looked up from a CMS list stored on this website, so the number isn’t sent anywhere until you send the form.
